I'd like to give a shout out to Brandon today. It's father's day! And he's a daddy so we get to celebrate! I bragged on him a ton in his birthday post, but I can't let today pass without wishing him a happy father's day here on the blog. He was gone this past week to summer camp with the students from church and we missed him a lot. He's pretty tired from a hectic week, so when I asked him what he wanted to do after church for father's day, he said "sit at home and watch the U.S. open." Easy enough! So that's what he's doing...we went to church (and got to participate in parent commissioning, awesome) and now he's sitting in the recliner with Lucas in his lap, watching golf. Lucas and I got him a massage for his father's day gift. He's never had one before and has always talked about it, so we decided to make it happen for him. It's scheduled for July 5th, so hopefully he will enjoy a little relaxation!
